Is there way to get past an activation lock without contacting previous owner? I inherited an iPad mini. it is locked to an account I don't have access to. I did factory reset thinking that would cancel it and because that's all I was told was needed. I don't have the option of contacting the original owner.

This might be similar to what is required in the previous section.
