Suggestion: add "wearing ear protection" as a response to loudness alert in Noise app

Thank you for the Noise app! I made me aware that running my ShopVac could hurt my hearing, so I now use ear protection when I am vacuuming.

But.... it would be nice if there was an option to tell my the Noise app on my Apple Watch 6 that I am wearing ear protection, so that I'm safe from excessive noise. I can only "mute" the app, which seems to defeat the purpose of the app, which is to monitor excessive exposure to noise.
