When I click on a web link in my Notes app, I now get a side window with the hyperlink. In the past it would open that link in the full window, which I would like to have happen. Can I change it back to opening a new window when I touch a hyperlink?

Identify the small grey drag-bar at top-centre of the Slide Over window. Touch-and-drag the drag-bar to the top-centre of the screen - and lift your finger; the Slide Over window will transform into a full screen view.
