I saw an article that said i should forget my airpods 2 from my bluetooth devices so as to reset it, but now that i have it’s no longer appearing in bluetooth at all to reconnect again, What do i do?

Go to Settings > Bluetooth and tap the "i" icon next to your AirPods. (If you don't see your AirPods in Settings > Bluetooth, just go to the next step.) Then tap Forget This Device and tap again to confirm.
