Yes, my Apple Thunderbolt Display works with my iPad Pro 2021 using the Apple Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 Adapter.

As the 2021 iPad Pro has only just been announced - with availability being estimated as the second half of May - nobody can provide a definitive answer. That said, the published details state that the iPad Pro supports DisplayPort over USB-C. As such, if your monitor supports DisplayPort over USB-C, then your monitor should be compatible.

Thunderbolt 3/4 is high-bandwidth extension to the USB-C standard.
