Problem with connecting iPhone SE with iTunes on computer

Hello. I bought an iphone se 2020 yesterday, it was unopened and i keep having trouble with connecting to my lap top. It constantly brings up unknown error 0xE800002D. I've tried pretty much everything i can. Restarted the lap top and the iphone several times, reinstalled itunes on the lap top twice, changed ports and cables and nothing works. Please help me out, thank you.
