cannot sync music from i tunes library onto usb flash drive. when i click on devices, sync option is there, but it does not work when i click on it-- it looks like it is turned off---- device icon does not appear on upper left corner----when i plug in my i pod however, it works fine.---i have windows 10--any suggestions?
iTunes only supports syncing to Apple devices. You should be able to drag and drop selected content from iTunes to a folder on your computer, but you cannot use anything from an Apple Music subscription or that is in the cloud.
