When I choose to do the Premier, do the current subscriptions remain?

I was advised that there is an Apple One+ Premier that is inclusive of Music, TV+, Arcade, iCloud, News, and Fitness.

I personally have a subscription to Music, TV+ and iCloud (2 TB) already.

When I choose to do the Premier, does the current subscriptions remain and I get Arcade, News and Fitness or so I need to unsubscribe and get the One+ Premier from scratch?

My wife and I, as well as our son and daughter in law, and grandsons are very Apple-centric and thought to just get one package for all of us.
