Roku Express 3900 won't play any AppleTV+ content.

Every time I try to play a show or movie, I get "there was a problem loading this video." I've reset the app, removed it and reinstalled it, checked for updates to both the app and my Roku, rebooted my Roku, put it on a different network and contacted Roku. The problem is not with Romu, but within the app. All of my other apps are fine as well. I can't play anything on the Roku app that I want to watch. Shows or movies will play MAYBE one out of fifteen tries, but if one episode of a show fails to play, that episode will never work again. I've had this service for like two weeks and honestly, I am so ready to be done with it. Please make it stop. I need help!
