I am using the iPhone 8 after few minutes of conversation I got pain in right ear and mild headache due its radiation effect. What is necessary to do. Is iphone 8 radiation level sufficient for human body. Where I will complain this observation and what is the mail I’d ?

You are welcome to engage the services of an appropriate electronic testing laboratory to determine whether your particular iPhone is compliant with its approval specifications. That would be at your expense, but it might give you peace of mind.
Yes I presently using headphones to avoid the effect. But it is difficult to maintain through out the day. But I want the exact reason. I started to take azithromycine tablet for preventive action.
