I am using the iPhone 8 after few minutes of conversation I got pain in right ear and mild headache due its radiation effect. What is necessary to do. Is iphone 8 radiation level sufficient for human body. Where I will complain this observation and what is the mail I’d ?

Yes I presently using headphones to avoid the effect. But it is difficult to maintain through out the day. But I want the exact reason. I started to take azithromycine tablet for preventive action.
