Downloading purchased music

Hi I have just purchased an iPad Air 4 and numerous tracks are grayed out with the message

this song is not currently available in your country or region?

I have used the cloud to replicate my iPad Air 2 model so am disheartening as I have had to purchase this music previously

what can I do to rectify this issue?

The country to which your ID is presently set needs to match the country setting you were using when you purchased the music.

This article describes how to change your country setting and the requirements and results of doing this:

If you have changed countries then you will need to load the music by syncing with a computer on which you keep the actual copies of the music.
