iPhone XR won't connect to Wi-Fi

My phone has several networks it is connected to between home and work. My WiFi is turned on, it recognizes all of them, but it won’t connect to any of them. The routers are all within 3-4 feet from the phone. The WiFi is in and out (out mostly). Is there something I can do to fix this? A setting or something? I have reset my phone and that didn’t work. I’m at a loss... HELP!
