NEED TO RESTART APPLE TV 4K ALMOST DAILY
I need to restart my Apple TV 4K almost every time I use it. Sometimes I can't even get into an app or if I do, it will stop during a show or movie. While this has been happening for a while now, it didn't when I originally got it so I'm assuming something happened during an update. I did call Apple Care but they were really no help (so difficult to understand the agent) the told me to restore it to factory reset. That means losing all my settings and apps. I question this if it has something to do with an update since my unit automatically updates. Meaning that even if I restore, I'll have the save version as I had prior to the restore. Is anyone else experiencing this and have they found a solution?
