iPhone 7 problems when updated iOS

When i restore and reset iphone 7 done.

when i maks a call. The call cannot hear the voice ,I cannot rec voice Memos , the problem with my micro , please help me.

iPhone 11 Pro Reciever Issues Hi. I just tried making a phone call and am unable to hear anything when I hold the phone up to my ear even with the volume button all the way up. I can hear when I put on speaker. I updated to IOS 14.4.1 thinking that would solve the problem but nothing. I rebooted phone, hard reset, reset network, and erased and added back in and same issue. What happens now? I need this phone and haven't even had it a year. Please help me. Thanks.

Maybe sound IC My iPhone 7 is not listening sound while recieved call nor my voice listen by caller and while calling there is no speaker available and head phones too not work but can listen phone ringing and YouTube music . What is actual problem I don’t understand can anyone tell me ?

First, try a restart. If that doesn't help, try a Forced Restart...
