Can i upgrade Mac O/S Mohave 10.14.4
to Mohave 10.14.6 ?
Can i upgrade FCPX from 10.4.6
to 10.4.9 ?
And How do i do that? Does Apple facilitate thiat somewhere other than
the App Store ?

Security Update 2021-002 is recommended for all users and improves the security of macOS. This is latest offering from Apple as a Standalone update for Mojave. Manually download it to Downloads Folder on Dock. Restart computer in Safe Mode - hold - shift - immediately at startup. It will perform a repair Disk, clear cache files and only load Apple Software. So - it will load slowly - normal. Once Logged in it will look and perform differently - also norma. The Run the Installer in the Downloads folder and follow the prompts.
As for Can i upgrade FCPX from 10.4.6 to 10.4.9 ? Via the Apple Store only
