The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

I just realized that my second Apple ID account had a suspicious login into two years ago by lijy的Mac. I think at the time, I changed my password, but I just now officially removed the device. Should I be concerned?

If you changed your password you should be okay, but just to be safe, I suggest you change the password again.
