You will need to restore the phone using a computer. The process will erase the device. Later you can restore your data from a recent back-up. Instructions here...

this is bs cause look also the info is there and I cant type the passcode cause I'm locked out and told to connect to iTunes and I cant access my $1000+ worth of steam account without my phone and I haven't touched it since the 1 hour penalty
Who broke the screen? Where did you say in your posts you were given a time to try again?
It seems you have not previously synced with that computer so it is not a trusted device which is why it is asking for your passcode. So your options are: (1) follow the instructions is that link you have been given, put the iPhone in recovery mode and restore it. You will lose everything stored on the phone. (2) Make a Genius Bar appointment and if it can be fixed by just replacing the screen hope they can do so without it going into disabled mode.

Passcode is only found on your device so we users and Apple do not have your passcode.
Write it down somewhere if you're forgetful.
