I'm locked out of my iPhone and it says to connect to iTunes

I am locked out of my iPhone and it says to connect to iTunes so I connect it and it says I need to unlock my phone that's my problem

You will need to restore the phone using a computer. The process will erase the device. Later you can restore your data from a recent back-up. Instructions here...

Who broke the screen? Where did you say in your posts you were given a time to try again?


It seems you have not previously synced with that computer so it is not a trusted device which is why it is asking for your passcode. So your options are: (1) follow the instructions is that link you have been given, put the iPhone in recovery mode and restore it. You will lose everything stored on the phone. (2) Make a Genius Bar appointment and if it can be fixed by just replacing the screen hope they can do so without it going into disabled mode.
