Macbook air stuck in chime boot loop

Since 2 days my air goes into a boot loop after the chime sound in the beginning. It just keeps looping the chime with a cracked tone and the apple logo doesn't show up. And sometimes you'll reach till the login page and it freezes at the progress bar after entering password. And sometimes it boots up just fine and everything will be working fine then it freezes and same things all over again

Running Mojave. Tried SMC and PRAM Reset. Can't get into safe mode. Freezes on recovery mode too

Someone please help my life has come to a halt

Thank you.

I recently relocated all my logic sound library to my external drive. I fortunately did a back up the last time I successfully got into the system and the backup was some 90+ GB and my mac has 128GB total storage. Plus if it's a storage issue I should still be able to access internet recovery right? But I can't. It freezes at the first page of internet recovery. Now I can't get into the system at all. The max I get to is the progress bar that too rarely

This appears to a condition of The Internal Drive is Full. The computer requires having at least 10 - 15 GB Empty Space at ALL times. Failure to have empty space will eventually exhibit what you are experience now.

You may or may not be able to use Target Disk Mode to transfer some files off the problem computer to another computer. This may or may not allow the problem computer to boot up. If successful - seriously suggest making that 10 - 15 GB of Empty Space and maintain that space empty at all times.

Shall do as requested.

When booting into Recovery Mode OR Internet Recovery Mode the better way is connecting via Ethernet Cable Connected to Router. If over Wifi - have to be ones toes watching carefully for the Wifi Icon to appear as it is booting into Internal Recovery Mode. Then click it and Manually Input the Wifi Password. Then and only then will the Apple Globe start loading. Another suggestion - if via Wifi - disconnect all other devices using the Wifi. Want the Maximum Bandwidth for only the problem computer.
