Can’t update my apps

Hi every time I try to update an app on my phone it tells me to put in the password of an Apple ID that isn’t connected to this phone anymore. How do I change that so I can update my apps?

iPhone XR, iOS 14

Delete and redownload them. The other Apple ID is stored inside them.
