When I double click slide button app does not install
Am trying to install an app but when I double click the slide button the app doesn't install

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It appears that you're having some issues using Face ID to make purchases on your iPhone. Do you have an issue with using Face ID to unlock your device?
