Restore iPhone from backup?
The Reminders app on my iPhone lost its connection to iCloud when I “upgraded” it. Reminders on my MacBook is okay.

The problem disappeared after a couple of iPhone reboots. I woke up the morning after submitting the question and found all my Reminder entries.
