No profiles in profiles (under VPN)

when I go to general and I click on profiles nothing shows up. How to I install a profile and fix this?

That’s a good thing. Most phones will have no profiles. If you have a specific need for a profile (such as adding a corporate account) you will be provided a link to add it.
