HBO max crashing

on AppleTV HD HBO Max app crashes when I try and start back episodes of Last Week Tonight. I go to the episode and when I click on it nothing happens and eventually, the app itself just crashes. I have deleted and re-installed the app, re-started AppleTV. This has happened occasionally on other series and movies but this is reproducible and ongoing.

2022 Appletv 4K won’t load movie library or music library. This started a couple of weeks ago. The latest Appletv won’t load my movie/tv library or music library. I just tried resetting and downloading the latest 6.2 software and it didn’t fix the issue. I The libraries work on all of my older Appletv 4k’s.

Apple TV app pixelated on Sony Bravia Android Tv I can’t play the Apple TV app on my Bravia tv. The picture becomes very pixelated/unwatchable. No issues with internet, all other streaming apps work fine. One work around has been to limit to SD but still some pixelation occurs. Have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling app, still occurs. Any thoughts?

If HBO Max is the only app crashing then it's time to contact HBO Max for support.
