Meeting requests received as rich text instead of HTML format

when getting meeting requests in the native iOS mail app they get converted to rich text which make it seen very unfriendly.

this caused a very bad behavior when getting meeting requests for Zoom\Team meetings and it happens on any iOS version from Exchange On-premise\Exchange Online\ Outlook home.

we contacted Microsoft and they saw the headers are fine and that it's not an issue on Microsoft's side.
