Hello I’ve been having this problem with my Instagram account it tells me there’s a problem filling your request on the app but on safari it works I’ve tried deleting it re downloading everything

Instagram continuously crashes on my iPhone I have been struggling with accessing my instagram app for almost 3 weeks now. Every time I press the app icon it crash closes and doesn’t even show up in open apps. I have done everything I know how to do I have deleted it multiple times and still doesn’t work. My account isn’t compromised at all because I have been able to access it through the web browser. I also just got a new phone that week and it is doing the same thing. Phone bug? My phone won’t let me log into my Instagram app but when I go on safari it works just fine. What do I do? I’ve wiped my phone and reset it and still doesn’t work, I’ve also deleted the app and reinstalled. Nothing works
