Apple TV 4th gen

I am having difficulty setting up my Apple remote so I can use my external wired speakers with my Apple TV. Now I can only control volume thru my a/v receiver with my universal remote. TIA.

The Siri Remote can control volume for a lot of devices that use common IR commands for this. If the volume doesn’t respond for your audio system, then you need to manually program your Siri Remote for volume control.
