I set up the Apple TV (4th, OS version 15) remote to control my Marantz receiver and Samsung TV. It will turn them on, adjust volume, but when I turn off Apple TV, the receiver and TV go off for a second, then back on. Apple TV device remains off. What's wrong here?

Thanks. Didn't work. I'll have to see if I can get someone at Apple on the phone. This worked a long time ago when I first bought the Apple TV. Then I got cable, then started using Spectrum app, so dropped the cable box and reconnected Apple TV as before, but it no longer works as it did.
