My storage notification is full but this not and not clear notification

"iPhone storage full" notification even it is not full At some point I have had my storage full. 2 months ago I deleted all the stuff, now I have 20 GB of free storage on my iPhone X. But since then I keep getting "iPhone storage full" notification whenever I try to do anything. Sending a whatsapp message, opening the photo gallery, taking a picture.. Is this a bug, is there a way to stop this? I am on iOS 15.2

iPhone storage Hi. I have an iPhone XS Max and a storage of 64 GBs, my phone shows the “iPhone storage full” notification and the most used thing is “others” I have no idea how to get rid of it, I’ve deleted a lot of my pictures, apps, etc. And it still shows the notification. I don’t know what to do, please help. Also I cleared my safari history and offloaded unused apps.
