How can I have my phone secured without anybody giving my information or having access to my information on iCloud or google or anything that has to do with my account

So after doing all that is she still going to get Access because she is a carrier of the phone and I’m on a contract or I just let her go ahead and disconnect the phone and just get under someone else’s account with different emails or accounts so I say
What do you mean, 'carrier'. Do you mean she works for your service provider? - if so she is breakiong the law. You coupd change service provider if your phone isn't locked. But if she works for them you should complain to someone senior. This is not a problem that this forum can solve.
Either she went online and looked it up and went through the process to hack into it or so-called she says she has a friend that works there but I don’t know because she likes to play games so like I’m kind of over all that and I’m just trying to have my phone locked or private
