How to fix the restarting iPhone problem?

Hi, my iPhone Xs keep restarting even after factory reset. I'm trying to restore it on iTunes but I can't as after 3 minutes the iPhone restart again and again. What should I do?

Please help me, I'm a university student and I need my iPhone to do my assignment.
