I lost a contact folder in Outlook for Mac and have a time machine back up for my Macbook pro. Can I restore the Outlook backup from time machine to my Mac Desktop, export the folder I deleted and import it back into my outlook on my laptop? The outlook version on the laptop is not on the cloud.

With having already tried restoring to a Time Machine backup, and not able to retrieve the folder the next step would be to reach out to Microsoft using the link in the previous message.

I do restore to time machine daily. I tried and it keeps the newer version of that contact list for some reason, even if i keep both.
Thanks. I wanted to try deleting my entire outlook and restore with just the restored version, but have some hesitancy to do this.
