A MacBook Pro 2012 uses Apple's proprietary MacSafe connector and other companies do not make adaptors or cords. Any power bank that will charge a 2012 MacBook Pro must have a 110/220V outlet for the charger that came with the Mac.
Instead of shopping for a cable or cord, you need to shop for a power bank that offers 110/220V power. Depending on model and screen size, MacBook Pros have required between 60 and 95W of charge capability, so you must find a bank that can provide that much power.
