Iphone remove pass code issue

Hello,I have a question to remove my pass code from my iphone. Recently i forgot my iphone passcode now it says “iphone is disabled connect to itunes” and i watched a few videos on how to fix it, it looks like i need a computer and i dont have one is there any other way i can fix this issue?
