Over sensitive 3D Touch

hi guys. so yesterday i bought the iphone xs from a guy in facebook. so after using it i realise my 3d touch is like super sensitive. i tried restarting and restoring my iphone but nothing seems to work. is there any solution for this problem? ohh btw i dont think the screen has been replaced bcs the true tone still works and i can confirm that it is an OLED screen and not some 3rd party lcd. thanks !
