How do I delete the Facebook app from my iPhone 12 Pro? It does not offer the uninstall option?

The uninstall option to remove this app is not available, how do I remove it?

It sounds like you're subject to some Screen Time restrictions. To fix it, go to:

Settings -> Screen Time -> Content & Privacy Restrictions -> iTunes & App Store Purchases -> Deletings Apps.

It must be set to Allow before you can delete apps.
