I’m not able to update my iOS to 14.5, the only option I’m getting is iOS 14.6 Beta

Then you already have iOS 14.5. Check in Settings/General/About. If you don’t you will have to resign from the beta→How to uninstall iOS beta software - Apple Support

If you are getting offered the 14.6 beta, it means you are still in the beta program and should have received the iO 14.5 gold master last week. That is basically the final iOS 14.5 version and the same as the public release of 14.5.
You won't get the public release, if your device is still enrolled in the Beta.
