I received what I believe was a "phishing txt" from a courier service - I was expecting a delivery - I clicked on link which asked for card / bank details - I deleted part way through however am concerned that just by clicking link I may have compromised security on my phone - what is the best course of action to ensure no private details / security etc are compromised on my phone ? thanks !

Just clicking a link can’t compromise your phone. And even responding in the link will only compromise whatever data you enter, not your phone. See→Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
