Apple Shipping — Account Number

I recently sent in my AirPods Pro to be repaired. Apple sent them back through FedEx, and FedEx claims they were delivered to my apartment front office, but my apartment front office claims it was not delivered. I need to show my apartment proof of delivery, specifically the signature of the person who signed for it, but I cannot access the detailed proof of delivery through FedEx without the “9-digit shipper or payer account number.” Since Apple handled all the shipping and handling, I know I was never given an account number, thus the account number has to be on Apple’s records.

Is there anything I can do? I’ve already contacted Apple and FedEx about this but neither seem to be able to get me the account number tied to the shipment so I cannot show my apartment the proof of delivery and thus cannot start working towards my next step of figuring out who to go after for reimbursement for my lost AirPods Pro. I have reached out to Apple again about the account number and will be talking with them soon, but in the meantime, does anyone know how I should go about all this otherwise? Will Apple be able to even give me the account number or show my the signature on the proof of delivery?
