Viber and FB messenger ringtone problem

how to fix viber and messenger ringtone?

every time i receive calls from both apps it doesn’t sound the app default ringtones, but rather the phone’s default ringtone is the one I’m hearing from those apps.

tried uninstalling, installing and restart the phone but it’s still the same.

hoping someone can help me with this.
