iPhone XS ghost touch

I'm using an iPhone XS. some months ago, it began getting crazy, swiping and pressing random apps and buttons on its own. it makes videphone or calling, delete apps. I've tried also to restore as new device. no luck. problem appears sometimes not always. The device has no physical damages, no jailbreak. i’ve tried to go 2 times to apple store in rome (euroma 2) and i was very disapponited with assistence, they told me that problem was not clear in that moment, they could have change display ( i should have payed the repair) but with no warranties about other possible hardware problems. what kind of assistence? shouldn’t they find the issue and repair it? i can pay all that you want but i should be sure to resolve issue. i’ m out of warranty of some months. no luck for who is out of apple care unless you decide to spend a lot of money in changing components or buying new devices. also it seems this ghost touch issue happens very often, shouldn’t they consider it?

Hi there identity71,

It appears that you've been having a problem with your iPhone XS display. It appears to act on it's own accord which you've called "ghost touch". When you've taken it to be inspected at an Apple Store, you were informed that they couldn't find anything wrong. We understand how important it is that your iPhone be working as expected, and we're glad to provide assistance.
