Siri answer call without headphones?

Reply or answer just by speaking to Siri. To use Announce Messages and Phone Calls With Siri, turn on Allow Siri When Locked in Settings.

The new option can be found under Settings > Phone > Announce Calls.

I am using iPhone XR here Siri is announcing calls to answer but when I ask to answer it is declining, it never answer. If I use other command it will reply I can do answer or declined, if I say answer it will decline
