I have an iPhone 12 on AT&T and every time I walk past this one hotel (almost daily) that has attwifi network going, this screen pops up and it's difficult to get rid of. I have turned off auto-join, Ask to join networks, and Auto-join hotspot but it still comes up.
It throws my network off and is incredibly annoying. I don't want to have to disable WiFi on my phone.
If I hit cancel I get this:

It's pretty lame and incredibly annoying that you can't turn this off. Carriers shouldn't be allowed to control how my phone operates/what networks it joins.
