Battery health issues

my iPhone 11 is 2 months old but in last week it drops 3% battery health in one week what’s this happening please solve this issue

If you have updated to iOS 14.5, try re-calibrating your battery health. There was a glitch with the way battery health was reported on iPhone 11 that was patched in the latest update. - About recalibration of battery health reporting in iOS 14.5 - Apple Support
