How do I share my playlists between my Iphone, IPAD, IPOD, Apple TV, and I Tunes on my computers? Every device has a different list!

It sounds as though you're wanting to have your playlists appear across all your devices. You've come to a great place for help. If you're subscribed to Apple Music the following article provides the steps on how to sync your library, playlists, and albums across your devices
Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music
If you're not subscribed to Apple Music you would have to sync your library from Music or iTunes on a computer to your devices. This would not sync content to your Apple TV though. The steps for syncing using a computer can be found in the following article.
