I am setting up my new iPhone 12 mini and followed the prompts to use quick start to transfer data directly from my iPhone 6 to my iPhone 12 Mini. It gave an estimate for the transfer of between 20 and 25 minutes. So far it has been running for five and a half hours.
Is this normal? Should I abort the transfer and use another method, if so what is the correct procedure?

My iPhones are both still in the transfer data mode after 14 hours. How do I abort this process safely?
