“ Unable to complete your request try again latter” message when trying to log into messenger on iPhone 11 pro

Whenever I try to log into messenger I get the message “ unable to complete your request try again latter”. I have tried all of the suggested options including resetting all settings on my iPhone.

ive even just upgraded and installed the latest iOS 14.5 but still the problem persists!
