Messenger not working

the messenger app seems to not work on my phone tried to reinstall the app, restarting the phone, resetting the network setting, resetting all the setting but nothing seems to work tried reporting the issue to the messenger but no response from them please this help me to fix this issue the messages are not loading even when all the social apps are working perfectly it is just loading infinitely and my phone is up to date to latest ios still the issue is not fixed and also tried updating the messenger app but still the issue is not fixed
