Please help. My iPhone 10 has water damage- screen is black. That phone is paired to my Apple Watch. How can I unpair with the damaged phone to pair with my new iPhone 12.

To unpair and erase watch and remove Activation Lock.
On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Go to Find Iphone.
Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase Apple Watch.
Select Next until the device is erased.
Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.
Then go here;
I can unpair on my water damaged phone because I can’t see the screen.
I can’t unpair the Apple Watch when the screen is black.
